Orders

Email info.athome@medzah.com as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to cancel it, but returns may still be possible.

We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, and other standard online payment options.

Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email and a tracking email once your order ships.

Shipping

Flat rate shipping is $7.95. Orders over $50 ship free (before tax and after discounts).

All orders ship via UPS Ground.

At this time, expedited shipping is not available.

We do not deliver on Sundays or national holidays.

Yes, but shipping rates vary by destination and package size. Free and flat-rate shipping may not apply

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Tracking details will be emailed once shipped.

Returns

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days. Customer is responsible for return freight unless the return is due to Medzah error.

Only complete, unopened cases in original packaging are returnable. Items in unsalable condition are not eligible.

Contact Customer Service at info.athome@medzah.com for assistance with replacement or return.

Returns due to Medzah error incur no shipping cost. For all other situations, customers must pay return freight unless Medzah issues call tags or a bill of lading.
